2019 d'Or Alder Springs Vineyard White Wine

The collaboration between Fran?ois Villard and Donald Patz continues under the TERMINIM banner. For 2019, the blend of four grape varieties ? Marsanne, Roussanne, Picpoul Blanc and Viognier creates a wine of both richness and balance.?All grapes were whole cluster pressed - barrel fermented in neutral oak using ambient yeasts - aged on primary fermentation lees and blended about a month before bottling. The final blend was 54% Marsanne, 22% Roussanne, 12% Picpoul Blanc and 12% Viognier. This 2019 , is already drinking beautifully with great complexity and freshness. It will match well with all fish we like sushi! and friends with a great sense of humor. Total production 225 cases.
