2022 TERMINIM - "Alder Springs Vineyard" Mendocino Viognier

Most of the Viognier produced for TERMINIM goes into the white Rhône-style blend called Cépages d'Or, however, sometimes we will produce a 100% Viognier and 2022 was one of those years! Entirely sourced from grapes at the famous Alder Springs Vineyard in northern Mendocino County, California. 

This is a different kind of Viognier. It's picked a bit earlier than most wineries and so it contains a brighter and fresher texture. It still has the pretty aromas of Viognier but more refined and less exotic. It's a great wine for sipping or will go very well with a wide variety of simple dishes. Drink now - will last another 3-5 years easily.
